What are Wild Willow Jewelry pieces made of?

Every piece is handmade using quality materials like crystals, Miyuki Delica seed beads, charms, and gold-toned findings. Our The Reserve at Wild Willow collection features our finest materials: real 14K gold filled beads/findings and genuine freshwater pearls.

What does “one-of-a-kind” mean on your site?

Every piece outside of The Reserve at Wild Willow collection is one-of-a-kind and will never be made again exactly the same way. If you love it, it won't be there forever!

How do I find the right size for a bracelet?

Sizing is listed right on each product page as a dropdown/select option where applicable — just choose your size before adding to cart.

Do you offer custom or personalized pieces?

Yes! Custom and personalized orders are always welcome. Reach out through our Contact page with what you have in mind and we'll go from there.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are made and shipped within 2 business days. From there, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, or choose Express Shipping for 1–2 business days. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. Stay tuned!

What is your return/exchange policy?

Full details are on our Return & Refund Policy page. In short: eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Earrings and custom/personalized items are final sale.

How do I care for my Wild Willow jewelry?

For pieces from The Reserve at Wild Willow (real 14K gold filled and genuine freshwater pearls): put your jewelry on last, after applying perfume, lotion, and hairspray. Remove it before swimming, showering, or sleeping, and wipe pearls gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear. Store pearls flat in a soft pouch, away from other jewelry, to prevent scratching.

For all other collections (gold-toned findings, crystals, and Miyuki Delica beads): keep pieces dry and away from harsh chemicals, and store them in a cool, dry place separate from other jewelry to prevent tangling or scratching. A quick wipe with a soft cloth after wearing keeps them looking their best.
