Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Wild Willow Jewelry. If something isn't quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, jewelry must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Items that show signs of wear or use cannot be accepted for return.
Final Sale Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom, personalized, or specially made items are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Wild Willow Jewelry cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Please include your order number and photos of the item when contacting us about a damaged or incorrect order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within the cancellation window provided at checkout. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
